LEGISLATION ABOUT CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT—THE BASICS

From a legal perspective, our IT application was particularly developed to support compliance with requirements associated with the Contractor Management, pursuant to the guidelines established in the Health and Safety at work Framework Council Directive 89/391  transferred to the Spanish Law through the Law 31/1995. This law covers requirements for coordination between companies to guarantee the safety and health of workers in cases where a single work site is shared by several companies, as well as in contracting and sub-contracting the activity.

A SOLUTION THAT MEETS LEGAL REQUIREMENTS IN EVERY COUNTRY

CAE.net is expanding to new markets, and to achieve this it is adapting to the legislation in force in various countries.

Law 20.123 regulates work in the sub-contracting system, the functioning of temporary service companies and work contracts for these companies. The abovementioned Law on sub-contracting includes the legal framework and obligation of the principal company, as well as the relations and rights between the principal company and the contracting and sub-contracting companies and vice-versa.

Lei n.º 102/2009. A presente lei regulamenta o regime jurídico da promoção e prevenção da segurança e da saúde no trabalho, de acordo com o previsto no artigo 284.º do Código do Trabalho, no que respeita à prevenção. O artigo 16.º da citada lei estabelece o regime aplicável às actividades simultâneas ou sucessivas no mesmo local de trabalho.
